Duoke Membership Service Agreement

Effective Date: July 9, 2025

Welcome to using Duoke's paid services!

This Agreement is entered into between you and Shenzhen Lebo Technology Co., Ltd. Before purchasing, please read and fully understand the entire content of this Agreement. Your purchase or use of the service constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Paid Service Description

Duoke paid services include: VIP Service and AI Value-Added Packages.

Paid services encompass specific premium features or services provided by Duoke, as detailed on the official Duoke page at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to modify the specific content of paid services (including adding, removing, or changing features) based on business development needs, provided that core benefits will not be materially diminished. Significant changes will be communicated to you via in-app notifications, email, or other means.

2. Paid Service Activation and Use

You may activate Duoke paid services by paying the corresponding service fee, or through other means recognized by Duoke, such as entitlement redemption.Upon successful payment or redemption, the activation time and expiration time of the paid service can be viewed on the [My Profile] page. The specific validity period is also stated on the purchase page.

4. Termination of Paid Service

The membership service is provided continuously throughout the validity period and does not involve any form of auto-renewal or automatic billing. Access and benefits will automatically terminate upon the expiration of the validity period.

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules, and unless otherwise required by law or specified in this Agreement, the digital membership service you actively purchase is considered a virtual good provided for a fixed term. Once payment is successfully completed and the service is activated, refunds or prorated cancellations during the term are generally not supported without reason.

If you believe you have grounds for a refund under applicable law (e.g., the service is materially defective and completely unusable throughout the validity period; failure to activate the service within the promised timeframe), please contact the Duoke Customer Service Department at [email protected] and provide relevant evidence for review. We will handle the request based on the actual circumstances and relevant policies.

5. Service Modification, Interruption, and Termination

Duoke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the membership service for operational reasons. If this occurs, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. If termination occurs during your paid validity period, we will provide an appropriate solution (e.g., pro-rata refund based on the remaining validity period or an alternative offering) based on the circumstances.If you materially breach this Agreement or the Software's Terms of Use, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the membership service without refunding any fees paid.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, uninterrupted operation, timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Membership Service. We shall not be liable for any service unavailability resulting from force majeure or disruptions of third-party services (such as payment channels or network services). The Membership Service is a license to access the service within a fixed term and does not guarantee permanent availability.

7. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Agreement. The updated Agreement will be posted on this page with an effective date. If you disagree with the modified Agreement, you have the right to stop using the membership service before the effective date. Continued use of the membership service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the place where this clause is signed (Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China) for litigation.
