To further enhance the seller experience on the Lazada platform and provide more support to sellers, Lazada Singapore has also made adjustments to its commission structure.
On one hand, both Marketplace sellers and LazMall sellers have seen corresponding changes; meanwhile, the platform has introduced the SPA program, where commission rates remain unchanged for participants. Thus, the platform reflects its encouragement for sellers to join the SPA program.

The commission policy adjustment uniformly increases commissions by 3% for both Lazada Marketplace and LazMall, effective from February 9, 2026. However, it is specified that sellers enrolled in the Lazada SPA program will not experience rate changes.

What is the Lazada SPA Program?

The Lazada SPA program, fully known as the Seller Promo+ Advantage Programme, provides comprehensive support to help sellers enhance competitiveness and boost sales growth on the Lazada platform. Under this model, sellers only need to pay a fixed service fee to access multiple platform resources, enjoy higher exposure and better cost structures during major promotions and daily activities, thereby driving sales growth.

SPA Program Core Benefits:

  • Waived event registration fees, making participation in platform activities easier

  • Platform-funded voucher support to improve product conversion

  • Reduced platform commissions, effectively lowering overall operating costs

  • SPA-exclusive product badges to increase exposure on activity pages and in search results

  • Fixed service fee of 4% (calculated per item, with a maximum cap of SGD 60 per item)

     


 

How Lazada Commission is Calculated?

Commission is calculated from the Item Price, minus any Seller Promotional charges (e.g., Seller Vouchers, Flexi Combo, Lazcoin Discount, etc.). Platform-funded discounts are not deducted from the item price.

Commission fee = Commission Rate × (Item Price – Seller Promotions) + 9% GST

Example:
Currently selling an electronic product—an Electric Heater—without enrolling in the Lazada SPA program:
Product price: SGD 120
Seller voucher: SGD 20, Flexi Combo: SGD 10
The buyer also redeemed a Lazada platform voucher: SGD 10
