To celebrate the launch of the DUOKE Self-Evolving AI Customer Service System, we are offering a limited-time AI points giveaway for authorized stores.
During the event, eligible users can receive free AI points to experience intelligent features such as AI-powered chat replies, knowledge learning, and store business consulting. AI capabilities will consume corresponding points based on actual usage. For specific giveaway rules and event duration, please refer to the instructions on the event page.

2. Points Giveaway Rules
2.1 The trial points quota for new users is linked to your subscription plan. The higher your plan tier, the more trial points you will receive. Please refer to the chart below for specific point allocations for each plan.
2.2 Free users: Upon completing account registration and authorizing 1 store, the full new-user trial points will be automatically issued.
2.3 VIP plan users: Upon authorizing 2 stores, the system will automatically issue the full trial points corresponding to your plan.
2.4 Upgrade to earn more points: If you upgrade your VIP plan later, the system will trigger a points issuance based on the new number of stores and automatically grant the difference in points. For example:
● If you are on the Free plan and authorize 1 store, you will receive 500 points.
● If you later upgrade to VIP2 and add 1 more store, the system will automatically issue an additional 3,000 points.
● If you upgrade to VIP2 and add 2 or more stores, the system will issue an additional 3,500 points, bringing the total for VIP2 to a maximum of 7,000 points.
2.5 Users who register via an invite code or invitation link are eligible for the same points but will not receive them automatically. Please contact our customer service to claim your points. For assistance, click to contact DUOKE Online Customer Service.
2.6 Note: The final interpretation rights of this event belong to DUOKE.

3. Credit Consumption Logic

3.1 AI-powered interactive scenarios will consume credits, mainly including the following:
● After the first store authorization, the system automatically learns and imports store product details and knowledge base information;
● In buyer inquiry scenarios, the AI calls knowledge base content through Agent and Skill modules to intelligently generate replies to buyers;
● After new products are added or existing products are updated, the system re-learns product knowledge points;
● AI function calls such as the homepage operation consultant and intelligent Q&A.

3.2 Trial recommendation: Free trial credits are limited. It is recommended that new users prioritize authorizing 1–2 stores for trial (Free version users are advised to authorize 1 store), to avoid importing a large number of products at once, which may cause excessive credit consumption during knowledge base learning and shorten the trial duration for AI smart reply experiences.

4. Rules for Using Gifted Credits

4.1 Validity period: Gifted trial credits for new users are valid for 60 days. Unused credits will be automatically cleared upon expiration, and extensions are not supported.

4.2 Consumption priority: The system will first deduct gifted trial credits for new users. After trial credits are exhausted, the system will then deduct self-recharged credits.

4.3 Usage restrictions: Trial credits can only be used by the current account to experience Duoke AI features. They are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used to offset other fees.

5. Credit Renewal
5.1 Operation Path
● In the Benefits Center, click "Purchase Points" in the top-right corner or click "Purchase Points" in the bottom-left corner to enter the point package purchase page.

● You can switch currency and select the required point package. After confirming the point package, click "Next", and complete the purchase as prompted by the page.

5.2 Using AI Point Calculator

If you are unsure which tier to purchase, click the 'AI Point Calculator' to estimate based on the number of customer service staff, daily orders, daily conversations, or daily messages.
● Select the estimation dimension and fill in the business volume, then choose 30 days or 365 days. The system will estimate the required points and recommend the corresponding tier.
● Click 'Apply Recommended Tier' to return to the purchase page and select the recommended point package.

6. Point Package and VIP Package Overview

6.1Quickly understand the current point usage progress, preview the total valid points and available point balance.

● Operation Path: Enter the Duoke backend, click 'Remaining: %' in the lower-left corner to get an overview of the total point situation.

6.2 Current Package and AI Points Overview

Operation Path: Click the "Benefits Center" to get an overview of the current basic package and points situation.

● Available Points: The total number of AI points that the current account can continue to use.
● Points Usage: The cumulative AI points that have been used.
● Today's Consumption: The points consumed on the same day in scenarios such as AI Q&A on the homepage, AI replies in conversations, knowledge learning, etc.
● About to Expire: The number of AI points that are about to expire.

6.3 Point Package Usage

● Operation Path: Click "Available Points" in the Benefits Center to view "My AI Point Package".
● In Effect: Displays the currently available point packages, remaining points, and validity period;
● Depleted: Displays point packages that have been fully used and expired point packages.

6.4 Point Consumption Details

● Operation Path: Click "Today's Consumption" to enter the "Point Details" page.
● Supports querying by day, month, year, and custom time range, and summarizes the total consumption within the selected time period, as well as the consumption points for each scenario: "Homepage AI Q&A", "Conversation AI Reply", and "Knowledge Learning".
● Click the corresponding scenario tag to view the consumption date, quantity, and description; click "Export Bill" to export the data list within the current query range.
