This policy applies to all functions and services provided to you by our Duoke platform (including website and app). This privacy policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties. Before choosing to use third-party services, you should fully understand the product functions and privacy policies of the third-party services before deciding whether to use the corresponding functions or services.

Definitions

This Privacy Policy will help you understand the following

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Our company will adhere to the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity, and will collect and use your personal information that you voluntarily provide or that is generated as a result of your use of this service for the following purposes, in order to provide you with better services.

1.1 Basic Account Services

User Registration and Login: When registering a Duoke account, you need to fill in your mobile phone number, email address, password, verification code, and invitation code (optional). When logging into the Duoke platform, you need to provide your email address, password, and enter the verification code. You can browse product pages anonymously, but you need to register as a user of our company when purchasing this service. If you are an Administrator User authorized by an Enterprise User, you may register sub-accounts for other Authorized Users and manage sub-account permissions. To assist Administrator Users in opening sub-accounts, Administrator Users need to provide us with the user's email and password of the Authorized Users. When Enterprise Users and Administrator Users use this function to authorize us to collect employee personal information, they shall ensure that they have obtained the informed consent of the employees themselves.

1.2 Subscription Purchase and Transaction Management

Purchase Information: To fulfill basic functions, including processing your payment and refund requests and keeping you informed of your order status, we will collect your identification and contact information, such as your name and phone number. Invoice Issuance: When you request an invoice from us, we will collect your registration information, including your name, company name, bank name, bank account number, and mailing address, to verify your payment receipts and invoicing information. You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the invoicing information you submit.

1.3 After-sales service and customer service

Transaction and After-Sales Service: To provide you with transaction and after-sales services, and to implement and optimize service functions and content, our company will collect and use your store's order information (including order amount, recipient's country/region, order number, order and payment time, order status, order details (including buyer's name, buyer's email, shipping address, and remarks) and customer information (including buyer's account, country/region, order amount, order quantity, payment amount, number of paid orders, refund amount, number of refund orders, and last order time), customer service and after-sales service information required to implement product functions, product reviews, and other store operation information. To facilitate contact with you, help you resolve your inquiries, complaints, and suggestions as quickly as possible, or record the handling solutions and results of related issues, our company will collect your communication, communication/call records, and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave).

1.4 Operation and Safe Operation

To ensure service security, and to guarantee the secure operation, quality, and efficiency of our software and services, we will collect your IP address, operation logs (username, operation time, operation location, and operation content), and device identification code (a string of characters encoded by the device manufacturer to uniquely identify the device, such as the IMEI number, Android ID, IMSI, or SIM serial number of a mobile phone). To ensure the security and legality of your use of this service and to more accurately comply with network management laws and regulations, we may use your account information, transaction information, order information, etc., to prevent various illegal and irregular events or infringements on the legitimate rights and interests of other parties.

We may use the contact information you provided to invite you to participate in surveys about our products and services, carry out service-related marketing activities, and push the latest market activity information and offers. If you do not wish to receive commercial advertisements from us, you may unsubscribe via the instructions in the text message or email prompts, or through other methods we provide.

1.6 Other notes

If the information you provide contains personal information of other third parties, you ensure that you have obtained legal authorization and can handle any disputes arising from such personal information independently before providing it to our company. To provide you with better service, we will update the functions and services offered on our online platform from time to time. In principle, when new functions or services are related to our currently provided functions or services, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. In scenarios where the personal information is not directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose, we will collect and use your personal information again, in accordance with legal requirements, through reasonable means such as page prompts, interactive processes, and agreement confirmations, and obtain your consent.

1.7 Device Permissions

To provide you with a higher-quality, more satisfying, and personalized service, and to continuously strive to enhance your experience, we may request to enable certain permissions in the following scenarios, and collect and use your information accordingly. Notification Permission: (a) You may view the status of the above permissions in your device settings or within the application's privacy settings, and decide whether to enable or disable them; (b) By enabling any permission, you authorize the application to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide the corresponding service; (c) Once you disable any permission, you revoke such authorization, and the application will no longer collect or use the relevant personal information based on that permission, nor will it be able to provide the service associated with that permission.

Permission Management: (a) The application will strictly follow the user's choices and collect and use relevant information only within the scope of your authorization; (b) The application will not access, collect, use, or share your personal information without your consent.

1.8 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

Please understand that, in the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without requiring your authorization or consent:

a. Where it is related to our fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

b. Where it is directly related to national security and national defense security;

c. Where it is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

d. Where it is directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments;

f. Where the personal information collected is information you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;

g. Where the personal information is collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;

h. Where it is necessary for signing or performing a contract according to your request;

i. Where it is necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, for example, discovering and addressing faults in the software and related services;

j. Where it is necessary for legitimate news reporting;

k. Where it is necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions externally, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified; or where we de-identify personal information to improve its service content and layout, to provide product or service support for business decision-making, and to enhance its products and services

l. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

9. User Services Provided When We Act as a Personal Information Processor

We will assist Authorized Users in processing the following personal information based on the instructions of the Enterprise User and the agreement between us and the Enterprise User:

10.1 If you are an Authorized User, during your use of this service, in addition to information collected through the system and proactively submitted by you, to enable you to use this service more conveniently, the Enterprise User and Administrator User will provide us with personal information necessary to realize the functions and services of this service. This includes the authorized user's name, role, session permissions, account status, and creation time. The Enterprise User and Administrator User will update this information from time to time based on actual circumstances. According to the representations and warranties of the Enterprise User, before the Enterprise User or Administrator User provides us with your aforementioned personal information, they have obtained your explicit authorization and fully informed you of the purpose, scope, and manner of collecting and using your personal information. If you cannot confirm the above, we recommend that you immediately stop accessing or using this service and confirm the matter with the Enterprise User or Administrator User. You may also contact us through the methods provided in this Privacy Policy, and we will cooperate with you to handle the relevant matters within our capacity.

10.2 When Authorized Users use this service, We will collect customer service conversation records between authorized users and end-users. In addition, we will also obtain buyer order information (including order number, order time, product information, actual payment amount, payment method, remarks, logistics provider, logistics method, tracking number, logistics status, reason for exception, latest logistics description, logistics update time, and coupon information) from the third-party platforms where end-users place orders, in order to support your use of the customer chat function. When Authorized Users collect the personal information of End Consumers, they shall ensure that they have obtained the End Consumer's informed consent (including separate consent where required) or other legal basis compliant with applicable laws.

You understand and agree that, to provide you with a more convenient access experience, when you visit our company or use our services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access to and use of our services. 6.1 Access to Your Personal Information

You have the right to access your personal information, except as provided by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your data access rights, you can access them directly through the product interface. For personal information that cannot be directly accessed within the product, you can contact us using the contact information set forth in this Privacy Policy, and we will respond to your access request within the legally prescribed time limit.

6.2 Correct your personal information

If you find any errors in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request that we correct them. You can correct your personal information yourself through the product interface. If you are unable to correct this personal information through the product interface, you can contact us using the contact information listed in Chapter 10 of this Privacy Policy. We will respond to your correction request within 5-7 business days.

You may request the deletion of your personal information by sending an email in the following circumstances:

Deactivating any permission means you have revoked that authorization; our company will no longer collect or use that personal information, nor will it be able to achieve the purpose authorized. You can withdraw all authorizations for our company to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account. However, your decision to revoke permissions will not affect the collection, processing, and use of information previously based on your authorization. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to complete. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, our company will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will it process your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the collection, processing, and use of information previously based on your authorization.

6.5 Cancel account

You can view the account cancellation process and procedures by entering "Cancel" in the "Contact Us" section of our client app. Once you successfully apply to cancel your account, we will complete the review within 7 business days. After approval, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

6.6 Get a copy of your personal information

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. If you require a copy of the personal information we have collected from you, you may contact us using the contact information listed in Chapter 10 of this Privacy Policy. We will respond and take the necessary actions within 5-7 business days after verifying your identity. We will submit a copy of your personal information to you via email. Subject to applicable laws and technical feasibility, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information upon your request.
