TikTok Shop US BFCM 2026: Campaign Dates, Eligibility and Seller Checklist

By Tina16 Oct,2026

For TikTok Shop US sellers. Campaign information last verified October 15, 2026.
Before you book extra live sessions or commit stock to a Black Friday offer, check whether your shop and products can join the campaign. A good promotion is difficult to use if the featured SKU is still under review or the team has misunderstood its registered price.
The official US guide places the 2026 Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign from November 11 to November 30, Pacific Time. That is the campaign period, not a universal registration deadline.

Use this guide to prepare your application and the work behind it: product information, prices, fulfillment and the questions buyers will ask once traffic arrives.

I. Check the Campaign in Your Own Seller Center

Open Seller Center and find the current Black Friday campaign under Marketing or Campaigns. Check the listing available to your account, including registration dates, eligibility messages and product submission status.
Save the relevant details for the people managing prices, warehouse capacity and customer service. A short internal campaign sheet is easier to maintain than instructions scattered across chat groups.
It should record the shop, participating products, approved offer, campaign period, person responsible and where the original rules can be found. Add a date beside each update so agents can tell whether a screenshot is still current.
Do not treat a buyer-facing sale announcement as proof that your shop has been accepted. Check the account and product status directly.

II. Review Shop Eligibility Before Planning Around It

Eligibility includes SPS of at least 3.5 and a 30-day late dispatch rate of 20% or lower in the detailed guide. AHR is described as ideally above 150.
The summary instead says “below 20%.” At that boundary, verify your eligibility in Seller Center.  Treat a campaign participation check separately from your day-to-day performance targets.
Check the shop before spending time on a long product list. If there is a restriction, identify the specific issue and assign it to someone who can resolve it. Customer service can help identify recurring complaints, but warehouse delays, listing problems and account restrictions need their own owners.
For a business with several shops, keep an individual record for each. Acceptance for one account does not establish the status of the others.

III. Check the Products You Actually Want to Promote

Review the listing a buyer will see, then compare it with the item your warehouse will pack. Focus on the details most likely to cause an argument after delivery: size, model, included accessories, material, condition and quantity.
A charger photographed beside a cable can prompt questions even when the written listing says the cable is not included. Resolve that ambiguity before sending more traffic to the page.
Use a short working table for the campaign selection:

Item to review

Practical check before submission

Product and variants

Match the title, images and variant names to the item being sold

Stock

Confirm sellable inventory and any stock shared with other channels

Offer

Check the SKU’s registered price and the explanation agents will give

Buyer concerns

Review recurring questions and recent complaints

Responsibility

Name the person who can correct the listing or stock record

The guide also sets product-level conditions. Check each submitted item’s status. Keep the approved list available to the people planning the promotion.

IV. Register Products and Review the Price Tiers

TikTok Shop’s September 29 registration guide describes a unified flow: a submitted product price determines the eligible benefit tier. It supports online registration, bulk entry and an Excel upload route.
For a small product selection, entering items individually may be easier to review. For a larger catalog, prepare a clean SKU list before using bulk tools. Have a second person check the upload if a wrong price would be costly.
The amount a buyer eventually pays may involve more than the registered product price. Keep the product price, shop-funded offer and platform promotion separate in your internal notes. Agents should be able to explain the offer shown to that buyer without promising that every voucher will combine.
After submission, review pending and rejected items. Record the reason and the next action, rather than leaving rejected products on a campaign plan that everyone assumes is final.

V. Make a Fulfillment Plan the Team Can Use

Start with available capacity. Ask how many orders the warehouse can pick, pack and hand over on a busy day, then identify which campaign products are likely to create extra handling work.
Verify your applicable fulfillment arrangement against the campaign guide and Seller Center.  Do not copy another shop’s operational instructions without checking whether they fit your setup.
Translate the verified rules into customer-facing language. An agent needs to know what can be said about dispatch, where to check an order and who handles a package that has stopped moving. A long policy screenshot is rarely enough during a live session.
Prepare a fallback if stock runs short or packing falls behind. Decide who updates listings, who tells customer service and who approves revised buyer communications. This reduces the chance that the warehouse changes its plan while agents keep giving yesterday’s answer.

VI. Prepare Answers Before the Campaign Goes Live

Write the answers for the products and offers you have actually registered. Include the questions a buyer is likely to ask before paying:

  • Is this the same model shown in the video?

  • Does the bundle include the accessory?

  • Why does the voucher not work on this variant?

  • Which delivery estimate applies to my order?

  • Where can I check the return terms?

Use a specific owner for changes to promotion information. When an offer changes, update the listing, the internal campaign sheet and approved customer replies together.
If your team uses AI, test it with the campaign products before giving it more responsibility. Include an expired offer and a product with similar variants. The system should ask for clarification or pass the conversation to a person when the approved information is insufficient.
Duoke can help organize messages and approved knowledge across supported stores. Keep the campaign registration and product eligibility checks in TikTok Shop’s own systems, and confirm the availability of any integration for your market.

VII. Final Seller Checklist

Before increasing campaign traffic, confirm that someone has checked the account status, reviewed product results, verified SKU prices, reconciled stock and tested the most common buyer questions.
Then run a short rehearsal. Pick one promoted item and follow it from its video or listing through an order question and a possible return inquiry. If three people give different explanations, fix the information before the campaign starts.
Keep a list of unresolved issues and their owners. A checklist is useful when it leads to a correction; a row marked “checked” is less useful if nobody knows what was found.

VIII. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1:Is the campaign period also the registration deadline?

No. Check the registration window shown for the current campaign in your Seller Center. The sale period alone does not tell you when product submissions close.

Q2:Can a new shop without an SPS participate?

The guide gives newer shops a separate route; verify your account’s status. [1] Build the campaign plan around confirmed participation rather than an assumption.

Q3:Are all products accepted once the shop qualifies?

Check each product’s result separately. Keep pending or rejected products off the confirmed promotion list until the relevant issues are resolved.

Q4:Should customer service use the same campaign script for every SKU?

Use a shared structure, but check product-specific differences. Bundles, accessories, prices and delivery information can differ even when the products look similar.
