By Tina16 Oct,2026For Shopee Philippines sellers. Campaign information last verified October 15, 2026.
“Can I use this voucher?” “May stock pa?” “Will this arrive before the weekend?”
For a small Shopee shop, those questions can land while the same people are checking inventory, printing waybills and packing parcels. Preparing the promotion is only part of the job. The team also needs to explain it clearly and deal with the orders that follow.
This Shopee 11.11 seller checklist focuses on the practical work Philippine sellers can do before the sale. It covers products, promotions, buyer messages and after-sales support without treating another country’s rules as Philippine policy.I. Confirm the Campaign Details for Your Store
Shopee Philippines’ public 2026 page promotes the 11.11 Mega Pamasko Sale from November 1 to 12. Treat that as the advertised shopping window. It does not establish when your shop must register, which products qualify or which offers apply to every seller.
Open the current campaign in Seller Centre and check the details available to your account. Record the registration deadline, product conditions, offer funding and any operational instructions shown there.
At the time this guide was checked, we had not verified a public, current seller notice establishing universal 2026 registration deadlines, participation fees or fulfillment extensions for Philippine shops. Those details are therefore not presented here as confirmed rules.
If you operate in Malaysia or another market as well, keep a separate campaign sheet for each country. Similar sale branding does not mean the settings or seller obligations are the same.II. Check Listings and Sellable Stock Together
Pick the items you expect to promote and check the buying experience for each one. Read the title, choose every variant and compare the images with what is actually in stock.
Look for differences that may be obvious to your team but unclear to a buyer: the cable length, plug type, bundle quantity or whether an accessory is included. Explain them on the listing before turning them into a customer service script.
Then reconcile sellable stock. If the same inventory serves another shop or sales channel, decide how quantities will be updated and who can make the change. Do not tell buyers an item is available based only on an old spreadsheet.
For bundles, check the limiting component. Having enough main products does not help if you run out of the smaller item included in every promotional pack.III. Make the Promotion Easy to Explain
A voucher question often needs more than “Please try again.” Before the campaign, have someone test the offers using the same product and variant a buyer will choose.
Record the conditions that are actually visible in the offer: minimum spend, applicable items, validity period and any restrictions. Keep shop-funded offers separate from platform-funded promotions, and avoid promising that discounts will stack unless you have verified that exact combination.
Here is a useful reply structure:
“Which voucher are you trying to use, and which item is in your cart? Please send the voucher name or a screenshot so we can check its conditions.”
That gives the agent something to investigate. It also avoids blaming the buyer or guessing which offer they mean. Ask only for the information needed to solve the issue, and never request account credentials.IV. Prepare a Small Set of Answers That Agents Can Trust
Start with questions from your own recent chats. A useful campaign knowledge pack can be short if it contains the right details.

Write the first reply in language your buyers use. English can be clear and conversational without sounding like a formal letter. A short “Let me check the correct variant for you” is often easier to follow than a paragraph about your commitment to excellent service.
If buyers switch between English and Filipino, keep the product facts consistent across versions. Do not add “po” to every sentence just to make a reply sound local. Match the shop’s normal tone and make the next step clear.
For an owner-operated shop, the most vulnerable moment may be the packing cutoff: the person answering messages is also trying to finish the last batch of parcels.
Plan around that overlap. If two people are available, one can cover chat while the other handles packing, then switch at an agreed time. If the owner is working alone, decide in advance which tasks can be batched and which messages need immediate attention.
Use a simple priority order for the team: unresolved complaints or order problems, questions blocking a purchase, then routine information requests. Keep track of the oldest unanswered chat as well; otherwise a quiet buyer may wait behind every new notification.
For multiple stores, assign coverage by shop or shift. Make the handover explicit, including any outstanding question that needs a warehouse or manager response.
Before enabling more automatic replies, try messages such as “may stock?”, “for iPhone 15?”, “COD available?” and “can it arrive on Friday?” These are test examples, not confirmation that any payment method or delivery service is available for a particular listing.
A useful answer may require a follow-up question. “For iPhone 15?” does not tell the system which product the buyer means. A delivery question needs the relevant order or destination information, rather than a fixed promise copied from another chat.
Check how the system behaves when it cannot find a reliable answer. It should ask for the missing detail or route the conversation to a person. Review the first set of real conversations before extending automation to more products.
Duoke can help bring messages from supported stores into one workspace and use approved knowledge for recurring questions. Confirm support for your store type and keep refunds, compensation and unusual cases with the people authorized to decide them.
Once orders start moving, update the information agents use. A reply prepared before the sale may no longer fit a parcel waiting for collection or a shipment with a tracking exception.
Check the order’s current status before promising a dispatch or delivery date. For a delay, tell the buyer what is known, what needs checking and what the next step will be. Avoid repeatedly asking them to wait without recording an action.
If a buyer reports a missing or damaged item, collect the relevant order details and evidence through the appropriate platform process. Keep the conversation attached to the case so the person handling it can see what has already been explained.
Save the questions that caused confusion. They are useful material for fixing listings and preparing for 12.12, especially when several buyers ask about the same accessory, variant or offer condition.
The timing below is an editorial recommendation, not a Shopee registration requirement.
Two to three weeks before the campaign, confirm the current seller instructions, choose products and reconcile stock. In the final week, test offers and replies, assign chat coverage and remove outdated promotion information.
During the sale, monitor unanswered messages and operational changes. Afterward, keep coverage for delivery and after-sales questions, then review where buyers needed more explanation.

Q1:Where should Philippine sellers check their registration deadline?
Use the current campaign information in your own Seller Centre. A public shopping calendar does not establish the submission deadline for your account or products.
Q2:Can we copy a Shopee Malaysia campaign checklist?
You can reuse internal preparation ideas, but verify local rules separately. Do not copy fees, eligibility requirements, voucher conditions or shipping arrangements into a Philippine policy section.
Q3:What should we do when a buyer says a voucher will not work?
Identify the voucher and item first, then check the actual conditions. Escalate an unresolved problem to the right owner rather than promising an alternative discount without approval.
Q4:What should a small shop automate first?
Begin with frequently asked questions that have stable, verified answers. Review real replies before adding scenarios that depend on live order information or require a decision.
